New Chapter Website

It has taken some time to develop a suitable online presence but the team is confident they’ve found it. Welcome to the new website for the Capital Area Chapter of the NC State University Black Alumni Society.

This page is currently under construction however the webmaster along with executive board was eager to have something posted so they can begin serving members right away. “We want to have a presence that makes an impact to the users and will encourage them to want to participate and do more” says Webmaster Angus Small. Small is enthusiastic about the website as well and proceeded to talk about some current features and his vision for what is to come.

Today members can get registered online and get recent information about events and new chapter news. The current site as it stands is only just the beginning. The website will eventually evolve into a full interactive portal for both the members and administrators. Members will eventually be able to update and check status of membership, personal account info, access interactive calendar and set preferences for information and events that interests them the most. Small says he’s open to feedback and suggestions and is keeping a lot of things under wraps so stay tuned. In the mean time, please pardon the mess while we make our new home the best.
